I don't understand this deck
Using Radiant Steelix's attack, you will discard all but 1 card of your deck, dealing massive damage as you do so. Next turn, you use Hisuian basculegion's upstream spirits attack to do loads more damage, and also restock your deck with energy. Then, hopefully, if Radiant Steelix hasn't been knocked out (that's the only issue...) you can use destructive finish to deal loads more damage, and repeat.
