This deck is a pretty simple but effective counter to the current V and VMAX heavy meta. Dialga's Chrono Wind forces the enemy to get a new attacker into the active otherwise they can't attack. All the while you are slowing them down with Energy Denial by Crushing Hammers plus Fan of Waves and making it hard for them to retreat with Galar Mine and Tool Jammer + Tool Scrapper. This is a very powerful strategy since most decks play at maximum only a few switch cards (with exeption of Zacian V decks)....
