Electrode (151) does slightly more damage. Snorlax (151) can recover Leftovers (151) from your discard to repeat. Using Electrode would also invite in the strategy of using Rotom V/Rotom VSTAR (Crown Zenith) to deal damage with the tools in the discard. And you aren't even using Fog Crystal (Chilling Reign) to search out Cottonee and Psychic Energy. Also 8 energy is a lot for just a 1 energy attack.
