Deck Primer

This deck uses Kangaskhan ex (151)  to stall out the game and to win without your opponent taking all their prize cards. Attach Bravery Charm (Paldea Evolved)  and V Guard Energy (Silver Tempest)  to Kang to increase its health to 280, and, with V guard energy, your opponent will need to attack for 310 damage with a pokemon v to knock you out. This also powers Kang's triple draw attack to give you more draw power. Assuming you survive your opponent's attack, you can then use Penny

Assuming you survive your opponent's attack, you can then use Penny (Scarlet & Violet)  or Cheren's Care (Brilliant Stars)  to return it to the hand, then promote Cleffa (Obsidian Flames)  or Mew ex (151) before replaying Kang and using your free retreat to return it to the active.

The Gallade line will help you get more cards in the early game, in addition to finding your supporter cards every turn. Pidgeot V (Lost Origin) gives you access to Forest Seal Stone (Silver Tempest) and makes it nearly impossible for you to deck yourself out. Crabominable V (Fusion Strike) also helps you use your VSTAR power, while helping you mill your opponent (use this instead of Kang after a few turns if your opponent is dealing less than 270 damage each turn, because while you can still give it bravery charm you need to attach your water energy to it to mill, meaning no v guard energy). For decks like Gardevoir that have support pokemon that can't attack, put Snorlax (Pokémon GO) into the active then use Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) to put something useless in the active zone. And finally, we have Manaphy (Brilliant Stars) to make sure that the opponent can't use radiant greninja to take out Ralts or Kirlia.

For trainers that haven't already been mentioned, we have four Battle VIP Pass (Fusion Strike) four Ultra Ball (Scarlet & Violet) three Level Ball (Battle Styles) and one Hisuian Heavy Ball (Astral Radiance) to find your pokemon fast. Switch and Escape Rope (Battle Styles) will help counter an opponent's Boss's Orders and can also get pokemon with high retreat costs like Crabominable and Snorlax out of the active when needed. Then, there are two copies of Path to the Peak (Chilling Reign) since this deck doesn't always need its abilities. The one copy of Lost Vacuum (Lost Origin) is for the games where you need to get rid of path and start using Pidgeot's ability to make sure your deck doesn't run out of cards. You can also control your opponent with four copies of Crushing Hammer (Scarlet & Violet) because the game is more fun when your opponent can't fight back. Finally, one Super Rod (Paldea Evolved) puts pokemon and your one water energy back into the deck.

For supporters, there are four Pennies and one Cheren's Care to keep bouncing Kangaskhan. One copy of Arven (Scarlet & Violet) will find your tools and other items (that's also why I'm running Energy Search (Scarlet & Violet) , that way you can use Gallade to find Arven, who will find energy search and forest seal stone, then grabbing a water energy and any other card you might need). Two Boss's Orders for Snorlax, as mentioned earlier, as well as two Iono (Paldea Evolved) to pair with path. Since Kang will usually build your hand up to large sizes (unless someone plays Iono) you won't need Professor's Research (Brilliant Stars) in a lot of situations, but there's one copy in case you need it in the early game or to recover from judge or Iono. Finally, there's one copy of Miss Fortune Sisters (Lost Origin) to help you mill your opponent's important items, and one copy of Cyllene (Astral Radiance) to recover item cards.

Because this deck runs so many supporters, I'm running two copies of Pal Pad (Scarlet & Violet) to make sure that I can play the important supporter cards as many times as possible. Pal pad is also one of my most common targets for Cyllene, because it's that useful to the deck.

If you have any feedback, feel free to leave it in the comments, although I know this is a weird and complicated deck. Also, this definitely isn't competitive, so don't expect it to win every match you play. But it's a lot of fun, so I'd really reccomend it. Enjoy trolling your enemies!
