This is literally a gamble deck.

Main Attackers: 
Ambipom (PGO): With full tilt fling, you can hit the opponent continuously if you have a LOT of energy attached.

Supporting Pokemon: 
Ambipom (LOST ORIGIN): With all-you-can-grab, you can get maybe cards if you land on heads.
Blastoise: Vitality spring can get you 5 energies instantly! You just have to end your turn.
Radiant Greninja: usually used for its ability, I use it for its attacks if ambipom isn't ready yet.

Arven: This card is pretty essential as you need the cape to get ambipom up and running

Combos: 
Ambipom (PGO) + Blastoise : With blastoise, you can prepare ambipom by attaching 5 energies! Afraid if ambipom will get knocked out? Well it has a 50% chance of surviving with its ability

To be honest, I find mine better with pogo zard (cut cheren's care (it has only 90 HP!!!) and the cape's (it has only 90 HP!!!, 100 more HP is not gonna change anything, still gets OHKO'd))
