Use Baxcalibur's 'Super Cold' Ability in combination with Old Cemetery to stack damage on Dodrio and hit big numbers, using Arven first turn going second to grab TM Evolution and Battle Vip to set up and sometimes setting up Pidgeot for 'Quick Search' for the later game. Maybe consider a Pal Pad in place of an Old Cemetery or maybe add a Stonjourner from Silver Tempest.

Maybe try fitting a full playset of stonjourner actually. No, seriously. 

Or just add switch or Klefki (for snorlax matchups).

You could also add Iron Hands ex and Lightning Energy for Lost Box.
