Ideal bench is Flaafy, Mew (w/ air balloon for the post knock-out search), Greninja and then likely Crobat and the next attacker charging for the next turn. 

If Mew or Duraludon are troublesome, can swap Suicune out for a Galarian Moltres V for a bigger hitting attacker by itself.

If it's Arceus you seek to beat, a Galarian Zapdos V could be your substitute instead.
