Fun deck concept! I think Kirlia (Silver Tempest) would be a great fit in this list as opposed to Bibarel & Bidoof, G. Articuno V and Skwovet. I also dunno how useful Toedscool and Toedscruel are in this deck, but to be fair, I've never used them.
Ok, The toedscruel is there to shut of opponents pokestop, & superior energy retrival which shuts of gholdengo & helpsagains chien-pao
