Fully inspired by SVI Spiritomb's Doom Decree attack! Utilize coin flip rigging with Glimwood Tangle, Will and Victini, power up your Spiritomb with a Cape of Toughness and roll/flip to victory (hopefully!). Scrafty is the back-up attacker with their frankly very strong Ruffians Attack (strong in this deck anyways). Purrloin seeks out your needed Pokémon quickly, Liepard creates a reliable draw engine. Made from cards I own, Trick Coin would go hard here I think!
