Maybe find space for gutsy pickaxe? Damage pump doesn't seem to do much for this deck. Also, there isn't much that Manaphy helps against except for fringe deck like UrshIntel, and some decks can pull off Greninja, but those are both increasingly rare, so you may want to use that space for something else.
I think Jirachi is more important than Manaphy because Sableye is scarier. I'd also include a Luminous energy or 2 and Tyranitar from Paldea Evolved to use Rout if needed. 2 from PoGo seems excessive. You also need either Pidgeot ex or Path to the Peak. I'd suggest Path. Looks like a fun deck! I'll have to make my own version!
