Abomasnow is a surprisingly good spread deck because of its Snow Veil and it being a Stage 1. Salamence has a lot of potential, but I could never find a home for it. Perhaps that home is in spread decks, making the Level X's Double Fall Power a lot more effective if damage is everywhere. Abomasnow is a surprisingly good spread deck because of its Snow Veil and it being a Stage 1. Salamence has a lot of potential, but I could never find a home for it. Perhaps that home is in spread decks, making the Level X's Double Fall Power a lot more effective if damage is everywhere. The gameplan is this: set up slowly with Furret or Claydol, attack early with Abomasnow spreading damage everywhere, punish your opponent when they play Supporters with Ampharos, and finish the game with Salamence using Shoot Through combined with the Lv. X's PokéPower Double Fall. You can use Poké Blower to occasionally trap something or bring something up for a key KO.
