Since this is expanded, I'd add Ditto ◇ (Lost Thunder) as it's basically a lower-maintenance Zoroark.Viridian Forest (Team Up) works well mid-late game, because it lets you discard Zoroark transformations while getting passive energy. With that being said, I'd remove the twin energy for Wash Water Energy (Vivid Voltage), as it prevents non damage-based cheese strategies. Why remove TE? Speaking from experience, with no way to search them out, I almost never get use out of them. If you don't like wash energy, I'd just add more basic water as Frosmoth can use them. Now, once Paradox Rift comes out, the TM for Devolution synergizes with Dracovish, as while it's in the active spot early game, you can devolve Pokémon that have been put into play before you got Dracovish out.
I'm quite a recent tcg player, so I'm not familiar with cards older than sword and shield. I'll put some wash water energy in there. I know of the TM for devolving and I'm really looking forward for the other cards (have already some good ideas). I also saw your comment on one of my other decks, pikachu seems strong, but I think I'll leave it with the cards of sword and shield. Thank u for your comment.
theres no real escape option like escape rope or switch im not sure if it is really needed but it may help instead of two hisuian heavy balls, and maybe not so many lucky eggs?
