Pokémon

Dracozolt VMAX (Evolving Skies) is obviously our main attacker, aiming exclusively to attack with Spark Trap, then discouraging the opponent's attacks or shrugging off damage with Cheryl and reloading with a single energy

Inteleon (Sword & Shield) is our standard affair, evolve up Sobble to Drizzile to grab exactly what we need when we need it. Whether that's key setup pieces like Quick Ball, Choice Belt & Evolution Incense, early game stax like Path to the Peak or lategame recovery options such as Cheryl, Energy Search & Roxanne

Inteleon (Chilling Reign)  slowly chips away to help support the low damage Spark Trap naturally deals on attack and pressures other support 'mons

Manaphy (Brilliant Stars) protects our Sobble/Drizzile against incoming Moonlight Shurikens looking to shut down the card search engine

Galarian Zigzagoon (Sword & Shield)  is also a specific Greninja tech, taking its last 10 HP before or after a Spark Trap, often from a Quick Ball. While the Scoop Up Nets are generally used to reset Drizzile/Inteleon usage, they can come in handy here to grab sneaky KOs with Headbutt Tantrum

Matchups
-Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR (Astral Radiance) / While being careful not to overextend our bench to not allow Palkia to OHKO Dracozolt V, we aim to set up relatively quickly. The ideal is evolve Dracozolt and equip Choice Belt early, attacking for 180 with Spark Trap taking the knock-out on the trigger. As mentioned above, Manaphy and Zigzagoon both account for Radiant Greninja. Dropping Path to the Peak early is also very beneficial for slowing down the opponent's progression, both for Concealed Cards and Star Portal, with Avery doing same same as well as damage reduction. Lategame using their own Training Court post-Chreyl also lightens the load on Drizzile etc needing to find out Cheryl/Energy Search
Positive matchup overall. Of the 3 I ran into in the Open I took the win pretty comfortably every time.

-Flying Pikachu VMAX (Celebrations) / Tested for this, but never met the deck in the event. Similar matchup to Palkia with weakness and no specific techs, especially given Pikachu's low damage output, and without the ability to reuse Cheren's Care consistently the matchup is pretty much in my favour.

-Arceus VSTAR (Brilliant Stars), Inteleon  / Perfectly winnable matchup, but requires a lot of careful sequencing. Early Path helps slow them down, cutting off the important Star Birth ability. Tool scrapper is important for removing Big Charm but CHR Int and 'goon can also get that final blow after Belt Spark Trap 90, 120 trigger and before 90 on the next swing. The problem comes in Cheren's Care loops so gusting up the opposing Sobble lines for knockouts is also important, while keeping Cheryl outs at the ready.

-Mew VMAX (Fusion Strike) / The rough one, this was the matchup I feared the most and dodged til round 10. The goal here is to get the bench loaded up as soon as possible, with two Dracozolt, to avoid getting way too far behind if Mew manages to donk a Dracozolt V on its first attack. Path to the Peak is obviously a priority with Genesect in play, with the Avery to set them back significantly. When we stablise after the first turn or two the game gets a little grindy, but we look to chip away at bench support with CHR Int and 'goon while tank&healing from Mew. Panic button lategame is SSH Inteleon for Roxanne + Path to totally shut them down. Tied my game in the Open.

-1 prize decks / Honestly not much to say. Stick with the main gameplan and there's not much trouble, given their low HP and our ability to quickly heal to full HP. Choice Belt and usually Path make excellent additional targets for Quick Ball, given their lack of utility in most of these matchups.

Hey SDragonfly, when you played this deck did you look to go first or second on the opening turn? So far when I've been playing, going first I've ended up with a single sobble and an energy attach before passing quite a few times.

Generally you still want to go first so that you can get Dracozolt evolved and Spark Trap online as early as possible, since the VMax/VStar has gotten even faster. In earlier builds (before Fusion Strike) I would often opt to go second exactly for the reason of getting more Sobble setup with Keep Calling.

If I was still playing this deck, I'd likely opt for at least 1 Stormy Mountains to aid in setup, and definitely Big Parasol now that Giratina VStar and Yveltal SHF are running rampant.
