Not much logic behind this deck. Guide below:

Evolve Dreepy to Drakloak, its ability gives nice draw power. With Dragapult's big attack, I usually place all 6 damage counters on opponent's benched attackers/baby 'mons for early prize cards. Keep a Charmander in bench, can evolve into Zard for Infernal Reign but don't place in active until late game/in a pinch. Super Rod energies back in if anyone is KO'd. Manaphy isn't really necessary unless your opponent targets your bench, and Ursaluna is only

Manaphy isn't really necessary unless your opponent targets your bench, and Ursaluna is only there for if you have no other attackers at endgame (replace with Radiant Zard, if you have it).

This deck setup seems to work best for me, who struggles with super strategy-intense decks. There's probably better versions out there if you're good with logical decks.
