Go second, try to set up drakloak with TM evolution. Charizard to help accelerate fire energy also good late game, pidgeot to grab neo upper energy and anything else you need, bidoof and bibarel were orignally a 1 - 1 but changed it to a 2 - 2 line because i kept prizing bibarel. Deck has been pretty consistent, so far I've been 10 and 2 with it on PTCGL. Raging Bolt can be difficult to deal with if you've had a slow start. I've gone 1 and 2 against it so far. Feel free to suggest changes and experiment
