The goal of playing this deck is to use items and supporters to get Dragapult EX in the active spot as fast as possible, while using Mega Greninja EX as your second option, especially if you get that line first, or Dragapult EX is knocked out. 

Meowth EX and Fezandipiti EX are also two backup basic pokemon to have in play, both of them having strong abilities and attacks. This deck relies on having quick evolution buildup of Dragapult EX and Mega Greninja EX.
