The Dragapult VMAX deck focuses on using Dragapult VMAX's Max Phantom attack to hit for 130 damage to the opponent's Active Pokemon and 5 damage counters to the opponent's Benched Pokemon in any way you like. You also have Quick Shooting Inteleon and Galarian Zigzagoon to put even more damage counters on one of the opponent's Pokemon. There is 1 Raihan in this decklist because it is good to have the card in case you have a Dragapult VMAX with no Energy cards attached to it so you can Raihan to put

The main strategy of this deck is to use Dragapult VMAX's Max Phantom attack and do damage to a Benched Pokemon like Sobble and KO a Pokemon on the Bench while also getting closer to Knocking Out the Active Pokemon.
