Definitely needs Squawkabilly ex to dig through your deck quicker and also to discard some dragons if any in your opening hand.
Also need a stadium bump for Path to the Peak, in case they drop it before you use your VSTAR power
You also might want some sort or grass attacker to counter charizard, because its such a popular deck it can’t hurt to tech against it...

Dawgs-on-top you could but i personally don't really think you need to tech for zard, you can path + noivern if they don't have a zard set up and goodra's attack is great on that match... but if you want to tech for it i could see a shaymin v working on the list
