This has been a fun boom or bust deck to play - doesn't work 100% of the time, but when it does it's very fun and can get you some very fast concedes too when your opponent sees you stack your bench with stage 2 mons by turn two. It also has the added benefit of needing very few items, making it nearly Budew-proof.

As tempting as it may be to add in more, the only basic pokemon you'll want in this deck is 4 copies of Tatsugiri ex (Surging Sparks), since this deck will brick hard if you get any other basics first turn! This will usually lead to a mulligan or three, but it's very worth it over the alternative.

You'll want to go first if possible - The best scenario for this deck to work is to get Tatsugiri out front first, attach an energy on turn one, and then get Crispin (Stellar Crown) in your hand by next turn in order to use Cinnabar Lure by turn two to hopefully get your bench full of your main mons. It's important to do this as quickly as possible, since Tatsugiri can't take much of a hit, and there isn't any other way of getting any other pokemon out.

Call Bell (Surging Sparks) is included to help you get Crispin if you're going second, as well as 4 copies of Pokégear 3.0 (Scarlet & Violet). Sparkling Crystal (Stellar Crown) is useful in case you aren't able to get enough energy. Another option for this deck is to include Carmine (Twilight Masquerade) to trash your hand on turn one if you're having trouble getting Crispin into your hand quick enough.

Once you're able to use Cinnabar Lure, you can hopefully fill your bench with your main mons before your opponent has a chance to kill your Tatsu. Ciphermaniac's Codebreaking (Temporal Forces) can help immensely with getting the right mons on the top of your deck, as well as Academy at Night (Shrouded Fable) to put any mons you have in your hand on top of your deck. Make sure to use these at the END of your turn right before you lure, so that your deck doesn't get reshuffled once you do!

-----

Your main attackers are Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade), Tsareena ex (Paradox Rift) and Blaziken ex (Journey Together). Dragapult can usually stand on its own if needed, but support from Tsareena and Blaziken help a whole lot. Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) is there to help find any cards you need, and Rabsca (Temporal Forces) is included to protect from things like Sylveon which can absolutely destroy this deck's setup.

Tsareena ex (Paradox Rift)'s job is to gravity attack any high HP mons down to 30HP in order for Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade) to kill them off with Phantom Dive - Having two of your opponent's benched EX mons at 30HP and another at 200HP or under in the active spot has gotten me all 6 prize cards at once before!

Blaziken ex (Journey Together) is pretty multifaceted, serving as both support and an attacker. When your Tatsugiri gets KO'd (or if you're able to retreat it before it does), it can attach a fire energy from your discard to either Dragapult or itself, letting you imediately attack with either if you have another energy or Crispin in hand. Its ability also lets you switch your pokemon in and out pretty easily without having to worry about energy costs, since they can be imediately re-attached. This synergizes well with swapping out your Tsareena once it's primed your opponent to get wrecked by Dragapult, or with swapping itself out so it can attack again. This is especially useful if you have Sparkling Crystal available to use on Dragapult or Tsareena.

Overall, this is honestly a deceptively simple deck to use! Have fun!

I also tested it with Charizard ex instead of Tsareena ex and added fire energy and an extra Academy, and it works great too! I am also going to test it with one copy of Penny to take Tatsu off the board to take away the wincon. Turo also might be a good option to put energy in the discard for Blaziken, but I am not finding that getting energy into the discard is an issue. Charizard ex's issue is that it has an ability, so anything with an ability wall would be rough. That's probably why you chose Tsareena, but I figure that it's fun to finally make Dragapult and Charizard work well together lol
