Deck Primer

The idea behind this deck is to use ADP as early as possible to do the Altered Creation attack to increase Dragonite V's attack by 30 and then attach a Muscle Band for an additional 20 damage, making Dragonite V's Dragon Gale attack do 300 damage per round. 

Mr. Mime is in there to make sure Dragonite doesnt hit your bench, Tapu Koko is for energy accelration, Zeraora is to allow anyone with lightning energy on to retreat freely, and Dedenne and Rayquaza are there for draw power.

Guzma & Hala along with Special charge help recycle the Double Dragon energy. Stormy Mountain is the preferred early game stadium to help build up your bench but just make sure not to use it to add Dedenne as this wont trigger his ability. Then once your bench is established switch to Crystal Cave to help heal all of your Dragon type Pokemon.
