This deck concept is pretty simple. Dragonite ex's attack relies on flipping a coin. If heads, it does 280 damage, and if tails, it does 140 damage, and that Dragonite ex can't attack during it's next turn.

The 280 damage for two energy is pretty neat, considering it can knock out a lot of big threats right now in the TCG. So in this deck I found a way where the tails might be better than heads in some cases.

The 280 damage for two energy is pretty neat, considering it can knock out a lot of big threats right now in the TCG. So in this deck I found a way where the tails might be better than heads in some cases.

Iron Hands ex was a new card introduced in Paradox Rift and is pretty neat. For 4 energy it can do 120 damage, but if that knocks out a Pokemon you can take another prize card. Electric Generator is the best way to accelerate energy to Iron Hands.

So, in summary, if you land tails with Dragonite ex, just retreat (which should be free because of 151 Dragonite,) and knock out with Iron Hands. If Iron Hands can't knock out with its 120 Damage attack, just use the 160 damage one. If that won't knock out, just swap into another Dragonite ex and knock out.
