This deck has too many odd Pokémon, also Dragapult can't even use Phantom Dive due to the energy count. I recommend to remove all those wack Pokémon like Darkrai. Practice studio isn't that good I'd recommend using 2 artazon's instead of your current stadiums, change the dark energies to psychic, and get rid of the dark pokemon along with Alakazam, Haxorus, Altaria, and Raging Bolt. I'd recommend you add in sparkling crystal, an earthen vessel, Budew, Fezandipiti ex, remove binding mochi's, 2 more poffin's, another counter catcher, rescue board, replace great balls with ultra balls and make it 3-4, 4 Arven's, make the psychic and fire energies count go down to 3, at least 3-4 rare candies, technical machine: evolution. Additionally, I recommend you look at other decks for inspiration to improve.

You need 4 Dreepy, 4 Drakloak, and 3 Dragapult ex. Recon Directive is more important than you think, believe it or not! (By the way, wufah098 item lock is not SUCH a problem if you play TM evo. And also I don't see how a Drakloak could help, considering you want one! lol) Dragonair is like bringing soccer cleets to a hot-dog eating contest. You have room for more tech cards like Fezandipiti, a Dusknoir line, and Hawlucha. Also, I don't exactly believe LimeLemon's point is good about 2 artazons. You want an ace spec here, so I guess you should put Sparkling Crystal or Unfair Stamp. And another useless card here is Powerglass. Even if you DON'T play Sparkling Crystal, it's not like Pult's attack discards any energy anyway. Finally, I just wanted to add, maybe my comment was a little harsh, but it's all for the best. My first decks were so bad, that you could basically imagine a Lucario ex starter deck beating them. So I like the deck, really, I am just pointing out what I think isn't right. cya!

WafflzInTheHouse The reason I said to use 2 Artazon's was because at the time it was a different stadium and most Dragapult decks in this current Meta run 2 Artazon Stadiums, also did you notice the Darkness Energies in here? He could quite easily remove the darkness energies for Sparkling Crystal and the Dusknoir Line. I simply made that suggestion earlier to make his list slightly better as he's still learning. A 4-4-3 Line of Dragapult is really good though, seems I forgot to mention that in my suggestion earlier. I do agree with the suggestions CALCIUM  should add that you said. Though, what is wrong with 2 Artazon's being used if many people are currently running 2 Artazon's? (I apologize if this comes off as rude).
