you NEED pokestop to tear through your deck. tossing pokemon isn't an issue because of tulip, and tossing tulip isn't the biggest deal because of 2 pal pads. When low on cards, shuffling 2 tulips in and using pokegear basically guarantees a tulip.

Priority is to get dreepys on the bench. Second priority is to get a flittle on the bench and loading energy on it. Since it's all manual attach, you prefer getting a flittle with at least 1 energy in the active when your pokemon is KO'd, so you can evolve

Set the dreepys on the bench, ready for another round.

Cancelling cologne after you grabbed their manaphy so you can still damage the bench (this is still in testing, not sure yet). Hisuian heavy ball because prizing dreepy is awful. 

shoes to go through your deck faster. arven and ditto only for the first turn to thin the deck and get the pokestop in play ASAP.

Use the flittle with no retreat cost. 

The idea is to go first, evolve dragapult turn 2 and start sniping the bench against evolution decks. Otherwise, go first and try to get an energy on a flittle, so you can evolve and start hitting for 140 the next turn (hopefully by using tulip after you've discarded something with ultra ball/pokestop.) and the turn after with invulnerability. This can 2-shot v-star pokemon.
