This deck looks like it's trying to do too many things at once, which ultimately makes it excel at nothing. The main pieces here just don't mesh very well. Baxcalibur accelerates energy from the hand, while Kyogre discards energy from the deck. Crabominable needs damage on the active to thrive, but Kyogre tries to land multiple OHKOs. I'd suggest focusing on one of these strategies to make the deck more effective.
