Deck Primer

I haven't played this deck ever since Irida rotated out, and recently decided to revisit it again to see if it's still somewhat functional. It's definitely not a deck that you could use completively, with Gardy and Dragapult ex being it's 2 major weakness since they have item and tool locking capabilities, but is a fun deck to play with nonetheless. Quaquaval ex is much like the tera Flygon ex in that it's a hit-and-run type card, but also has disruption in that your opponent also has to switch

With that being the case we play cards like Iron Thorns ex and Klefki to capitalize on that disruption by locking out ex abilities using Iron Thorns ex, and basic pokemon abilities using Klefki. We can cause further disruption by adding Genesect into the mix and make it a pivot card by adding Rescue Board. Mimikyu is in the deck to act as a wall, and Iron Valiant ex is used as a chip damage with its ability to add 20 damage counters to any pokemon when it's switched into the active (on your turn).

Since Quaquaval ex doesn't one shot a lot of stage 1s and 2s, TM Devolution is in the deck to help with those hard to reach knock outs.

Any suggestions on improving the deck, is as always, appreciated 🙇 and I hope you have as much fun as you can playing this deck as I had pre-rotation (and a little bit after post-rotation)
