Why the Team Rocket's Larvitar?
Since Dudunsparce gets shuffled into the deck with all cards attached to it, the handheld fan will also be recycled. This means that you can get rid of one of your opponent's active attacker's energy every time they attack. Once you have disabled them enough, you can start using Larvitar to accelerate their deckout. It is also very important in removing their stadiums. Removing all their stadiums will basically mean an instant win against ex decks since we have Neutralisation zone. Larvitar can also discard key resources, such as energies or evolution Pokemon, slowing them down to give you more time.
Awesome, can't wait to try it out :D
