Might I suggest Salvatore (Temporal Forces) to instantly get up to 4 eeveelutions going? Also maybe 1-2 Ditto (Paldean Fates) that can be used to grab an eevee increasing the amount of basics and thus the amount of mulligans to take at the start of the match. Maybe run Lana's Aid (Twilight Masquerade) for pokemon and energy recovery and unless you want to dead draw a lot Bibarel (Brilliant Stars) draw engine. You got space on the bench anyways so far at most you can have 3 pokemon on the bench the ditto should never take up space on your bench unless you get Erika's Invitation (151) by the opponent for most single prize decks I would also recommend Unfair Stamp (Twilight Masquerade) if you want to run a radiant pokemon I would suggest either Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance), Radiant Charizard (Crown Zenith) or Radiant Jirachi (Silver Tempest) with the eevee you are using Radiant Eevee (SWSH Black Star Promos) is really underwhelming so even tho it would fit the theme it really is not going to contribute a lot.
