It's gonna be tough to build a Psychic Dark deck especially since all your main attackers are VMAX so your opponent only needs to knock out 2 of them. The annoying thing about Umbreon VMAX is that it's more of a Utility Pokemon, so if you want to go that route then Eternatus VMAX can make good use of it. Sadly Espeon VMAX is dependent on the opponent attaching energies so it's not a good idea to build a deck around it since your opponent can just watch their energy placements and annihilate you.
The most interesting route is Sylveon VMAX. There's a Kecleon from Rising Rivals that counts as 9 types. You can use that with Sylveon VMAX to instantly be able to deal 340 damage. You can use Forbidden Light Malamar and/or Paradox Rift Xatu to power up even faster.
