Nice deck tandem. I honestly think that you should cut kabu and add some more support Pokemon for your Eevees. The idea of the kabu + low Pokemon is great but they only need to knock out 2 Eevees to win. I would suggest adding in the swampert from fusion strike if you absolutely want the water energy.

Hey 1234567890, this deck is played similar to how Dracozolt VMAX is played. You only play one Eevee so they can't boss any easy targets. As for energy, Melony fits nicely because it can attach a Water Energy to any Pokemon V, not just Water types. It isn't meant to be anything competitive, just a fun deck in general. However, those suggestions can be made into another Eevee deck less focused on one in play at a time!

Nice deck! Maybe add some colorless special energies like powerful energy because your only Pokemon a colorless. I also agree that you should cut out Kabu.
