Testing around with this...not really meme deck, but I guess that's what you could call it. Any suggestions would be helpful, I'd really like to stay on-brand and use as many eeeveelutions as possible. Already tried using Flareon V/VMax but I felt that the discarding with the VMax was completely unhelpful.
