Nice! Here's my suggestions to fix it: 1. Cut Rare Candy and add 3 Metapod RCL 2. Caterpie and Metapod both have an ability that can let you evolve it without waiting a turn. 2. Cut Cape of Toughness. All your basic Pokemon end up evolving, so it becomes useless.
