I'm sorry to be the one to say it, but this deck sucks.

JaceWindu18 Only saying something bad about a deck while not providing any ways to fix it isn't very productive (even if I kinda agree lol). By the looks of it, this seems to be what started as a Zeraora V battle deck, but you added some of your own cards to it. So, here's a rundown of what I'd change and maybe help you with future decks.

For starters, there are too many energies in this deck. At most you should run 12-15, with exceptions only going to decks that depend on a lot of energy attachment. And becuase this is Expanded, don't be afraid to run Speed or Flash Energy.

Next, we have the mons you are running. Pikachu EX is really bad, and should almost never be ran in any circumstances. It has too little HP and doesn't do enough damage for what you sacrifice. Lugia EX, while not as atrocious as Pikachu, also shouldn't be used here. Aero Ball is a decent attack at best, but with the decreasing amount of energies required to attack in today's meta you only be dealing 80-100 damage with it. Tablescraps like Thundurus, the Yamper line, and Togekiss V should also go, since they're not adding much to the deck as a whole. Luxray is decent as a source of burst damage, so you can keep it if you feel like it, but it is unadvised. Again, Tapu Koko GX can also be a surprise burst attacker, so you may keep it, even if there are better options. Mew is fine as is, and Zeraora need support to do well. To replace all the cuts, I'd add Miraidon ex, as it works as a great way to fill your bench up early. Flaaffy provides a great engine to recycle used energies, so that can be a good add. If you want to keep Zeraora, run a few extra copies of it, and either the VSTAR or VMAX with it. I'd reccomend the VSTAR, however.

Finally, we have trainer cards. To start, the "draw 3 and nothing else" supporters are usually really bad, and this is no exception. Shauna is just a worse version of Cynthia in every concievable way, and Great Ball just plain sucks. Those are the usual "theme deck staples," so I might as well say that you shouldn't use them. Iono (or N) is the go-to draw supporter in the format, so I'd defintely run a few of those. If you want to play it safe, run Cynthia instead. Lady is alright, below-average at best. Greedy Dice is next to useless when running only one, as well as having no prize card manipulation in your deck, so I'd get rid of it. Gym Trainer and Bug Catcher I wouldn't use, as the former is inferior to Raihan, and the Latter is luck-reliant. Potion barely does anything, because most mons get knocked out in one or two hits, and 30 damage doesn't make a big difference. Pokedex is fine. Evolution Incense is great. Super Rod is also fine. Colress is a good card, but it isn't in the right deck. Great Ball should be replaced with either Quick or Nest Ball. Arezu isn't amazing here, but okay, and Escape Rope is good. Boss's Orders is a must-have, so you should most definately run at least two, and if you feel really spicy, you can use Guzma instead.

Alright, that is everything! So, there's a lot of work to be done here, but don't take that as a bad thing! With practise, you'll get better at building decks. Here's a lightning deck that I made for one of my friends a while back, and pretty much addresses all of the things I've pointed out here.
