Your Kingdra line is extremely fragile, as if it is prized (about 10% chance), it would take some good luck to get it back. It is also susceptible to being discarded by Destructive Finish. 2 Professor Laventon also feels like too much. You could better use the deck space to add more consistency, especially with Kingdra. Overall great deck concept, just lacking a bit of consistency. If Adaman is so great, maybe 4 would be good, or for Irida. You need a lot of luck to not brick. I can test this on live later and let you know what tweaks I made.
After some playtesting, I decided on 20 energy, 15 Metal and 5 Water. I added 1 Horsea and 1 Kingdra. I swapped Hero's Cape for Prime Catcher. I added 2 Nest Ball, 2 Ultra Ball, 1 Super Rod, 1 Irida, 1 Adaman, and 1 Rare Candy. I removed Salvatore and 1 Professor Laventon. It's a very risky deck, and it's still hard to get what you need in your hand before you Destructive Finish, but these changes help make the deck more managable and fun to play. I hope this helps.
I would suggest to take out prof. laventon, ultra ball and a metal energy in exchange for a kingdra, a horsea and a rare candy
