Entei V Counter Meta Bird Box

Deck Goal: Deck is focused around being able to both go first and set up Galarian Moltres V/Galarian Zapdos V/Entei V and also has the ability to go second with Magma Basin which allows Entei V to hit numbers as high as 220 turn 1. Every card being a basic increases the consistancy of the deck.  Deck hits basically

Deck Goal: Deck is focused around being able to both go first and set up Galarian Moltres V/Galarian Zapdos V/Entei V and also has the ability to go second with Magma Basin which allows Entei V to hit numbers as high as 220 turn 1. Every card being a basic increases the consistancy of the deck.  Deck hits basically every deck in format for some form of weakness.  The 3 Energy Switches allows for Entei to be set up even if you miss Magma Basin by using Galarian Moltres V's ability.  Energy switch also allows Galarian Moltres V to be able to attack in one turn using its ability, an energy in hand, and a Magma Basin/Energy already in play.  Energy Switch once again allows Galarian Zapdos V to attack if the opponent only has 1-2 V pokemon on board as long as you already have energies in play and some way to get a fighting energy. Mew searches after each knock out, can tutor any color energy with the high count of energy search, and allows for safe 1 prize pivots with the ability to search every card in deck bar the stadium with its ability. 

Strategy: Basically just draw as much as you can turn 1 using Crobat V/Lumineon V/Mew/Entei V and try to attack immediatly with Entei V/Galarian Moltres V/Galarian Zapdos V by using Magma Basin/Energy Switch/Attaching to accelerate energy and swing the momentum in your favor by taking an early knockout. Chances are one of the attackers will hit something for weakness as well. 

Strengths: Can attach up to 3 energy per turn (Manual Attach/Magma Basin/Galarian Moltres V Ability). Every card being a basic increases the consistancy of the deck by a large amount. Factoring in cards such as Magma Basin/Energy Switch, every single card in the deck can attack for 0-1 energy. Entei V has 230 hp on a basic which is massive and leads to some weird interactions. Entei V/Galarian Zapdos V also punishes opponents for playing setup pokemon in general. Magma Basin/Energy Switch allows for insane plays and recovery. Can consistantly attack going second for early damage/prizes. Outpaces most other decks regardless of going first or second due to its speed and simplicity.  Fire/Dark/Fighting is a very unique typing for a deck and hits many things for weakness. Multiple attackers allow for unique plays every game.  Consistant draw/search engine with a switch card/Air Balloon Mew/Entei. Self sustains after a certain point. Inherently immune to energy disruption. Cape of Toughness boosts all your basic V pokemon's HP to 250+, avoiding key numbers such as Choice Belt Arceus VSTAR.

Weaknesses: Incredibly reliant on using Moltres V/Magma Basin for energy acceleration.  Single prize decks can win the prize war if they can one shot Entei V.  Entei V having 3 retreat can get it locked in active if you misplay or get really unlucky.  Suffers against decks that punish abilities as every card has one. Can sometimes be difficult for Entei V/Galarian Zapdos V to hit large numbers against decks that dont play down many pokemon or who are smart about benching the correct pokemon. Spread is difficult to deal with but manaphy can be teched in if it ever becomes an issue.
