Basic Deck strat.

• Boss's support Pkmn Vs in Active

• Lock in Active with Galar Mine

• Always use Double Turbo Energy (DTE) if possible .
- This will reduce Escavaliers base damage from 90 to 70 which is good for this play.
- The longer you keep the active alive or in play, the more accumulated damage you deal to the bench. So if ever they switch out in battlem they'll be vulnerable for K.O.
- Example, locking Genesect V with 190HP in active, takes at least 3 turns to KO and while doing so you also deal a total of 120 damage to another Genesect V in bench leaving it in 70 HP and you can Boss it out or Echoing Horns back another V and put it on active to take consectutive K.Os.

• Raihan to accelerate your metal energy

• Zoroark can either be played as another Escavalier or Bibarel since both are Stage 1 pokemons.

List of Pokemon Vs that usually are used as supports in standard format.
This list contains commonly used or will be used Pokemon V's that can not punish but will be punished by Escavalier (BRS).

• Zamazenta V (Brilliant Stars)
- With Galar Mine active on the field this card will have 4 retreat cost, and can only deal 120 if they decided to use it to attack but with Escavaliers ability, it can only deal 20. Also , most like, Zamazenta V will just use its ability as draw power which gives your Escavalier few turns to build up and accumulate damage.

• Zacian V (Celebrations)
- Just like its shielded counterpart, it has low damage and most likely will be used as a support focused card as it can accelerate psychic energy to your opponent's pokemons.

• Genesect V (Fusion Strike)
- Just like Zamazenta V, this card is used as draw power for every fusion strike deck, and although it has big damage of 210, it will only deal 110 to Escavalier and wont be able to attack next turn, which will give Escavalier 3 turns advantage in terms of attack-damage trade.

• Lumineon V (Brilliant Stars)
- This card has a one time use effect and with Galar Mine activated on the field it has 3 retreat cost, which is as much as its attack cost. And even if it can attack and return itself to the deck, it will take 3 turns for it to energize, and with 170 HP, this card can be KOed right before it can do something.

• Crobat V
- Another draw power card which is even risky to play right from the start. It will also deal 0 damage to Escavalier, and will only put it on poison which will deal 20 damage for every round.

I like the idea of the deck. I think the ball count is uneven, and the draw power seems low. I see you are relying too much on getting knock out to set up in late turns which i dont agree. RS urshifu and jolteon matchup seems unwinnable too. I would suggers: - Switching raihan for 2 cynthia and 1 marnie. Or straight up 3 more Marnies. - 1 jammer to prevent balloon+manual retreat. - Less quick ball and more level/incense, since you won't be searching for snorlax on mid or late game. - Manaphy for bench barrier. I don't see more space left but some ideas are: - hammers. - Cheryl.

Hi, @Officelinebacker, thank you for your feedback. So, I took your suggestions and here's what we got. - I cut down Raihan down to 1 and added 2 Marnies and 1 Cynthi's Ambitions. This actually made Pal Pad to have sense more than before. - So as 1 Pot Helmet for a Tool Jammer - I also did Quicks down to 2 and added 1 Level ball and 1 Incense. Although, I still don't have any idea how Balls and Incense are ratio-ed together, - I cut Snorlax from 2 to 1, for a Manaphy since I'm seeing more draw options now other than Snorlax.

@newts I really like your idea for this deck. Sadly, i dont play ptcgo to test it but at first glance, looks like a good build. I know i said to consider the Tool jammer, but maybe you were right with the 2 pot helmet. If you test both, be sure to tell me which felt better. Also, Is Gossifleur just added for the call for family? Because if so, i noticed that the new minccino has a similar attack plus you could add 2 copies of cinccino so its not wasted on the bench and have a reliable draw power. The problem i see is you are running low on space. But hey, it was just an idea.

@Officelinebacker Now you've mentioned Minccino, Hmmm... I think the only way to put them in the deck is to cut all Pokemon Catcher, maximized the Boss's. Since the only time we'll Boss's anyway is when their active is low enough to k.O it from the bench or they retreated it. So, with Mincchino and the turns that we could stall their supports in the active could be enough to draw into another Boss's, eventually. I also like how the Tool Jammer was added, since most of the decks which are support heavy usually run 2 Air Balloons. So negating 1 of 2 should hurt them. Maybe i'll just have to timing each tools. About the ptcgo, its cool, man. I mean, you've done a lot here. And I don't play Ptcgo myself so, hehe. But I've ordered these cards and their about to get to me a week from now, luckily I also have two copies of Min-Cin line so I could try that one as well. Thanks.

Wouldn't the Double Turbo reduce both parts of Escavalier's Pike? Reducing bench damage to just 10 doesn't seem too great
newts avatar
@HamfastGamwich Now that you pointed that out, Im kind of confuse. I guess, I did considered the 30 as effect damage of some sort and not as the actual attack itself (Pike 90). But now if it is also affected by DTE, then maybe Telescopic Sight should be the best option here. Anyway, since the point is to chip out damage to the bench and Boss them out once their vulnerable for KO, I still think DTE should be there. Although if you can suggest anything that I can use to accelerate 3 energies fast, maybe DTE should go. Anyway, thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated.

Its an easy fix, changing DTE for Twin energy. Accelerating energy is another option, the ones i can think are: - Metal saucer, the issue is Excavalier must be in play (beause saucer only accelerate to metal) plus he has to be on the bench. - Xerneas's Breath of life, it exccels to the bench since its an attack, but accelerating to Zorua or Zoroark wouldnt help - Cherrim's Spring bloom is ablity and can accel to everyone with Grass energy
