Using Clefable ex (Obsidian Flames) attack allows you to move as many Psychic energy around from ANY Pokemon on your field to any other Pokemon on your field. Amazing method to very quickly power up Espathra ex (Paldean Fates) whose attack power is based on how many energy are attached to it and your opponent's active Pokemon. Use Espathra as a mid/endgame leader. Rigid Band (151) reduces damage to both Clefable and Espathra.

Main draw engine is Xatu (Paradox Rift) allowing you to draw 2 and place Psychic energy from your hand to a benched Pokemon. Having Clefairy (Lost Origin) on active and bench allows you to quickly search deck for Psychic energy to power for Clefable ex. I recommend using early search tools to find Clefairy and Natu.

Tulip (Paradox Rift) to grab energy quickly from discard pile. Pokémon League Headquarters (Obsidian Flames) pairs well for Espathra ex, making your opponent's Basic Pokemon attacks cost one more energy (also increasing Espathra's attack power if they attach more energy). Moonlit Hill (Paldean Fates) pairs with Tulip to heal Pokemon and then recover discarded Psychic Energy.
