Deck Primer

I built this deck based on the Espathra ex & Banette ex item lock deck. Thought I'd try something a little different with the new Bronzong evo lock. I played this to my locals the other day and got 2nd.

Bronzong works really well with Salvatore just be sure to try and start first to get that turn 2 lock off. Luminion V is there just to help find Salvatore.

Hope you enjoy and any feedback is appreciated! :)

Andyrews maybetechnical machine: devolution in case you don't set bronzong out early enough

Technical Machine: Devolution (Paradox Rift) could be helpful for stage 2 evolutions with rare candy anything else would not really help as they could just evolve it again unless it is knocked out after the devolution, I don't know if I would waste the space for such an edge case. I also looked at Aerodactyl (151) before, but with a lot of ancient and future shenaniganz in meta atm it felt very underwhelming I guess it suffers more than bronzong from evolving from a fossil instead of a basic. But there is not a lot of pre evolution pokemon that live the 100 damage from it so it has potential against most decks that work with evolutions.

Yes I think a TM Devolution would go really well in this. Bronzong does stop rare candy but doesn't stop TM Evolution. Maybe cutting a capturing aroma or Eri could work.

I play the Espathra to help against the basic decks. So don't bother with bronzor in those cases.

Thanks for the feedback!
