Just be careful, you'll have to attach to Flittle first then evolve into the ex since gardi only attaches to Psychic Pokémon.
Maybe add a copy or two ofLuxurious Cape (Paradox Rift) ? My reasoning behind this is that you can equip it to flittle to make sure you can attach more energy with Gardevoir. Then, when it evolves, it'll still have the extra energies but luxurious cape won't make it worth more prizes because it has a rule box now. Maybe this won't be used a lot, though
PlasmaFists is right - Gardevoir ex can only attach to Psychic types. And it does 20 damage per attachment, so you're limited to attaching to Flittle before evolving. And in that case, I'd go with the 50HP Paradox Rift Flittle so you could at least get 2 energy attached. Bravery Charm helps offset that as well (I see it's already in the list).
Clairvoyant Sense Xatu provides a little more freedom in attaching directly to Espathra ex (without doing any damage), but you need the energy in-hand for Xatu, so that would completely change the deck build.
