I like the idea! However, you may need to edit the deck so that your opponent is prevented from evolving thier Pokemon the next turn, because they can just revolve them.
Oh, wait, never mind. I noticed Budew. But, how can you work with Budew and Espeon ex when you need to swap them over and over again, only once a turn, in order for this to be effective?
You can use Bronzong to stop them evolving again but it's quite hard to set up.
I might need to add more Bronzongs and disruption
Here's my recommdation: If this a freestyle deck: Add "Technical Machine: Devolution ". It is kinda like a double up for Espeon EX while it powers up with energy.
