Eternatus / Weavile (TEU-CRE)

Eternatus has been updated with the addition of Chilling Reign! The introduction of Galarian Moltres V has completely flipped the traditional build of Eternatus on its head, asking the deck to incorporate either Energy Switch or Weavile GX to efficiently make use of Direflame Wings. In this build of the deck, I have decided to opt for Weavile GX as it synergizes with Eternatus' need to fill up its bench and also gives the deck access to an exciting new attacker in Umbreon & Darkrai GX. The introduction of Galarian Moltres V has completely flipped the traditional build of Eternatus on its head, asking the deck to incorporate either Energy Switch or Weavile GX to efficiently make use of Direflame Wings. In this build of the deck, I have decided to opt for Weavile GX as it synergizes with Eternatus' need to fill up its bench and also gives the deck access to an exciting new attacker in Umbreon & Darkrai GX. The dream scenario with this card is to accrue 6 energy on your board to make full use of Dark Moon GX, but the attack can also just be used to buy yourself an entire turn early on. This new spin on Eternatus is not only fun, but extremely viable for competitive play. Happy Dread Ends everyone!
