Deck Primer

This is my current Ho-Oh Box Decklist. The main focus here is using Ethan's Ho-Oh ex to put a lot of energy into play, then use Armorouge to use that energy to charge up an attacker of choice.

This list leans into prize denial with Lillie's Pearl and Legacy Energy, which makes more space for setup, and provides extra Fez uses, which is awesome.

 

Other Important Cards:

- Lillie's Clefairy ex : overall the most reliable attacker here, and can be worth only 1 prize with Lillie's Pearl. Also

- Iron Hands ex : here to take extra prize cards wherever possible.

- Wellspring Mask Ogerpon ex : a bit of snipe is never a bad thing 

- Durant ex : late game attacker and hits for weakness against zard.

 

(side note: mew and fez can both be used as attackers in a pinch, so keep that in your back pocket.)
