Glaceon's second attack needs an opponent's pokemon to be tapped 6 damage counters which is actually quite a bit considering your options for doing so. 

Use Iron Valiant, Monke, Alakazam, and maybe Glaceon's first attack, to get the math to exactly 6 to take the KO. This works regardless of is the tapped pokemon is in the active, which is the only leverage we have here over other similar archetypes.
