Forretress is that you? Forretress (HS—Undaunted) 

Drifblim's attack is almost exactly the same as well as bearing the exact same name as Forretress's way back then. 

This deck uses Drifblim to pop lots of damage on benched drifloon and drifblim so drifloons can do consistent 180s after 2 ticks of Drifblim, all while Drifblim does 200 for each strike. 

Heckofalatta basic search to ensure that 4 balloons are always in play.

Hisuian heavy for that purpose too.

Both attacks don't do a whole lotta damage, so use devo to punish prize denial.

Drifblim uses 2 energy so Xatu.

Relicanth so blim can use loon's attack, which is good since it has more HP and can store more damage counters.

Aroma for blims and xatu (honestly this isn't great, if you have any ideas to change this please comment)

Manaphy is needed since all your pokemon are left with fragments of HP.

Four nest balls seems a bit excessive

Vulpix123 You do have a point.

However:

- Need as many drifloon as possible, it's not a want but more of a must, since 200 dmg is so much more than 150 or 100.

- I'm not rly pressed for deck space so honestly why not more consistency.

Maybe that one stadium that lets u have 8 bench pkmn if a tera ex is in play. Also the ace spec from surging sparks that lets you search for any basic pokemon and put it on ur bench will be op in this deck. Also I like the idea of salvatore in this deck

Funny you made that comment right when I was gimmicking with this deck, EVERYONE Explode Now 😴400 DMG Hypno Abuse😴 - PokemonCard which has AZU, like you mentioned. The other stuff are good advice too, like Precious Carrier is also crazy here as it it immediately sets up for damage, though I still would debate it being better than aroma tho, but it's food for thought.

Thanks abt the comment abt Salvatore, it's all the more needed in the hypno version as it is much slower and could definitely pick up the pace.
