Eminginjo These ex start deck concepts are based on Japan's that released some time before Ruler of the Black Flame. Unlike our V or ex Battle Decks, Trainer cards are much more structered and strict with which ones I can use. Switch Cart was also not released in any Scarlet Violet set nor has a G reg mark.
