Deck Primer

A deck inspired by the ex Start Decks from Japan, now based around Cyclizar ex.

This deck only uses cards from SVI, Cyclizar ex (Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos), and Spidops (Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos).
