In your opinion, if I play this deck with the Charizard ex and  Blasoise ex deck in real, wich is the strongest one? I want to build them for my  8ya doughter and play together but I need that the 3 decks are balanced.

It's hard to really say which is the best, but Venusaur has a distinct disadvantage for being a Grass deck, since Water cards are weak to Lightning and not Grass. The type imbalance makes me want to say they are not fully balanced, but maybe playing without weakness to teach the basics may be a good call.
