I love this concept of Inteleon and Drizzile to get trainers! I'd recommend an additional Cross Switcher for an extra switch, and some of the Inteleon with the Quick Shooter ability for a few extra counters. DO NOT run Evolution TM. It doesn't trigger Shady Dealings, so use Dive Ball instead. You also have an overcommitment on water energy, unless Inteleon is a primary attacker, or you add Radiant Greninja. Remember that Inteleon can use some Psychic energy for its attack cost. While expensive, and ACE SPEC card, probably Scramble Switch, would likely make the deck. Scramble Switch could come in clutch for a game determining Yoga Loop or Laser Blade or even Aqua Bullet! I'd also recommend replacing Evolution Incence with Dive Ball. Using 4 Battle VIP Pass is also good. I don't like the absence of supporters, so cards like Bird Keeper with a switching effect would be helpful, as well as cards such as Professor Turo's Scenario that work like Scoop Up Net. You could also use Future Booster Energy Capsule to work as a switch multiple times per game. Air balloon works too, but future booster also boosts Laser Blade to get OHKOs on Pokémon with 220 HP or less. Perhaps a Double Colorless Energy would make the list if you are running 2 Medicham V, or not. It isn't needed. Overall I really like this deck design. I wish you good luck with this deck!

Thanks for the feedback, I'll update this deck later! 🙂
I'm wondering if Float Stone is better than Future Capsule, as you can use it on your other Pokémon in case they get stuck in the active. That way you don't need to burn one of your switching cards on them or manually retreat (especially since this deck has no source of energy recovery). The only downside is the loss of a 20-damage boost, so i's really your call.
