I think your deck is funny, but it can also be better. Here's some tips for you:
Add some copies of Reversal Energy (Paldea Evolved) In this way can you attack with both Raticate and Crobat. Iono (Paldea Evolved) is better than Youngster because it disrupt your opponent's hand too. You have a lot of supporters, so I would take away Roseanne's Backup when you already have Cyllene. Instead I recommend more items like Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift) or Lost Vacuum (Lost Origin) that can take away Bravery Charm (Paldea Evolved) and Hero's Cape (Temporal Forces) that ruins your strategy. Also, you don't need so many darkness-energy.
This deck maybe needs some more work, but I'm sure your dech will be very good with the right cards.

interesting deck!, but you can swap the gengar for peharunt EX and you can add panic mask to replace vaniluxe, though you need to attach 2 panic mask to alolan raticate and golbat
