So, I was looking at underutilized VMAX/VSTAR cards, and I stumbled across Rotom VSTAR! I thought about making a deck about it, but with how the nature of the card works, you only have a couple of turns for glory, or else you'll run out of steam really quickly. So, what deck forces your opponents to play conservatively? Stall does! So, you want to set up like a regular Snorlax Stall

So, what deck forces your opponents to play conservatively? Stall does! So, you want to set up like a regular Snorlax Stall deck to get the mind games going, hopefully making your opponent bench fewer Pokémon, so you can shock them (haha, get it?) with some 300-damage Scrap Pulses! And even if you want, this deck can play as a semi-functional stall deck if you feel like it. As a bonus, this deck works post-rotation. Happy trolling!

EDIT: Colress's Experiment will be replaced with Explorer's Guidances as Temporal Fprces comes out (it's an effective reprint of Hapu (Unified Minds)). Right now, you can use Kamado (Astral Radiance).
