This is my current build for Hydrapple ex, very fast set up along with good support. Teal mask and Hydrapple benefit eachother, I run Budew mainly for early game stall but always good when you need a turn or two to set up. Magearna is a really good addition to this deck, when your pokemon are damaged put her in the active and heal 90 for every Teal dance and Ripening charge you do. Regigias is an easy set up, attatch for turn, either two energy switch and one Ripining charge or vice versa hitting

Grand tree as your Ace to set up Hydrapple fast, Colress searches it out. If prized there rare candies. Use letter of encouragment to get back energies from a recently killed pokemon to keep Hydrapple's attack up. All around a really good deck that relies more on items than supporters and sets up fast.
